Ingredients
- 13 oz dry pasta
- 1 lb cooked chicken, diced
- 2 medium bell peppers, diced
- 1 bunch green onions, sliced
- 5 cloves garlic, chopped
- 8 ounces low fat cream cheese
- 1 cup light blue cheese dressing
- 3/4 cup buffalo wing sauce
- 3 cups shredded cheese
- 3/4 cup panko bread crumbs
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350˚F.
- Boil pasta in salted water until al dente.
- Drain and transfer to 9 x 13 baking dish.
- Mix chicken, peppers, onions, and 2 1/4 cup shredded cheese into dish.
- Process garlic, cream cheese, blue cheesing dressing, and wing sauce in food processor until smooth.
- Mix sauce into baking dish and toss.
- Mix remaining 3/4 cup cheese with panko.
- Sprinkle over baking dish.
- Sprinkle green onions over the baking dish.
- Bake until golden and bubbly, about 30-40 minutes.
