Ingredients

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 and 1/2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1/2 tablespoon vinegar
  • 1 bunch green onions
  • 2 heads green leaf lettuce
  • Salt and Pepper

Directions

  1. Wash and slice lettuce
  2. Slice green onions thin and add
  3. Whisk cream, sugar, and vinegar together in mixing bowl
  4. Coat top of dressing with Salt and pepper, whisk again
  5. Pour dressing over salad, toss to dress
