Grandma Nancy gave William these awesome swimming toys for Easter. He loves them…and finds them especially tasty!

He has started to fall asleep on his tummy. We lay him down on his back and before we know it he is on his front.

We headed out for our next adventure…a road trip to Kansas for RepCon 2.5/the other wedding. The day was pretty crazy as there were workers in Nancy’s basement tearing up the floor to level the house. We got on the road latter than expected and drove to Winner, SD. Little did we know this would be the start of a very entertaining trip!

4.20.12

We got on the road and soon we realized that the car seemed to be acting funny. Turns out the alternator was out and so we stopped in Concordia KS at a dealership to hopefully get it fixed. While we waited we let William stretch his legs and enjoyed a complimentary beverage bar. Well it was a Friday afternoon and they didn’t have the part so we were stuck! Luckily the dealership leased us a car and we got back on the road. The kink in the trip made us late getting into Fort Scott as we had to drop Nancy and Dennis  off at Jolene’s but at least we got to roll in style (Chryster 300)!
